Apple Nachos

Apple nachos are a fun and creative snack that’s great for after school appetites or a naturally sweet post-dinner dessert. Give them a try!

Here’s what you’ll need:

4 apples

¼ cup nut butter

¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes

½ tsp cinnamon

½ lemon, juiced

 

Directions:

  1. Remove the core of each apple and slice them thinly to form “chips”
  2. Arrange disks on plate in layers
  3. Evenly distribute and sprinkle remaining toppings
