Banana “Nice” Cream

Banana “Nice” Cream

We are challenging you to ditch the ice cream.

Unfortunately, ice cream contains some not so lovable stuff, like a couple of the Harmful 7: Processed & Artificial Sweeteners and Artificial Flavors & Colors. Try this kid-friendly “Nice” Cream recipe that gives you the rich and creamy texture of ice cream and the sweet and indulgent taste without all that nasty stuff. This simple recipe contains only whole foods and none of the added junk, and it provides some added benefits from antioxidants, potassium and magnesium.

Skip the cone and opt for this super simple two ingredient recipe for “Nice” Cream:

1 large frozen banana
¼ cup coconut water or unsweetened almond milk
1. Blend frozen banana and coconut water until smooth in a blender or food processor
2. Top with your favorite sundae toppings like nuts, berries, coconut flakes, or drizzle with your favorite nut butter!

Serve up this simple nice cream as an alternative to the Harmful 7 loaded ice cream that your kids are begging for!
