Chicken Tenders

Are your kids begging for chicken nuggets? It’s a classic kid staple, and now you don’t have to feel bad giving it to them because these Chicken Tenders are free of the Harmful 7!


2 lb antibiotic-free chicken tenders

2 large eggs

1 1/2 cups almond flour

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together almond flour and spices
  4. Add chicken to the egg and mix until tenders are well-coated
  5. Transfer chicken to almond flour mixture and gently toss until breaded
  6. Place on greased baking sheet
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F
