Ingredients:

5 lb Braeburn apples

2 tsp cinnamon

 

Directions:
  1. Peel and core apples
  2. Add to slow cooker with cinnamon
  3. Cook on high for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally
  4. Mash or blend cooked apples until smooth
