Flag Fruit Pizza

Planning a fun 4th of July Party? We are here to help you celebrate with a fruit pizza that your kids will love. Skip the typical desserts that are full of High-Fructose Corn Syrup, Processed & Artificial Sweeteners, Artificial Flavors & Colors, and many of the other Harmful 7. Opt for this equally delicious whole-food, Foundation-approved Flag Fruit Pizza:

Crust:
1 cup cashews
8 medjool dates

Frosting:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbs honey

Toppings:
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup coconut flakes

Blend crust ingredients together in a food processor and press into the bottom of a 8×6 inch pan. Mix frosting ingredients together and spread over the top of the crust. Decorate the top and arrange fruit into an American flag pattern.
