
No Bake Granola Bars
We know it’s easy to buy pre-packaged snacks that your kids can grab when they get home from school and their tummies are rumbling, and that’s why we created this simple recipe. We have quick and simple, 6-ingredient, No-Bake Granola Bars that will fill those tummies with whole grains and real, whole ingredients.
Ingredients:
8 medjool dates
½ cup cashews
1 ½ cup rolled oats
1 cup nut butter
½ cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup pure maple syrup
Directions:
1. Blend medjool dates in food processor until smooth
2. Add cashews, oats, nut butter and maple syrup and blend until sticky
3. Fold in chocolate chips
4. Press onto parchment paper and flatten to about ½ inch thickness
5. Cut into 16 squares
6. Store chilled in an airtight container
