PB & J Bites

There’s a reason PB & J is such a classic combination. A little bit of sweet and a little bit of salty really hits the spot, but most jellies are loaded with processed sweeteners. That’s why we developed these perfect bite-sized energy balls, so your kids can enjoy the classic flavor combination without the sugar rush.


Jelly half:
2 cup raisins
12 medjool dates
1 cup almonds

PB half:
1/2 cup peanuts
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cup rolled oats


1. Blend jelly half ingredients together and set aside
2. Blend pb half ingredients together and set aside
3. Form jelly and pb mixtures into hemispheres using a rounded spoon or spring loaded scooper
4. Match a PB hemisphere to a jelly hemisphere by pulling the jelly sides up to the pb sides until they form one delicious bite.
