
Watermelon Kiwi Pop
Homemade ice pops are perfect for those hot summer days, and we have a simple recipe that is free from the Harmful 7. Many store-bought brands may contain High-Fructose Corn Syrup, Artificial Colors & Flavors and Processed & Artificial Sweeteners. By making your own ice pops, you can please your kids AND feel good about what you’re feeding them!
Here’s what you’ll need:
2 cups fresh watermelon
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 cup coconut water
Directions:
- Blend coconut water and watermelon in a blender
- Pour mixture into ice pop molds aout 3/4 full (you can find these at most grocery stores in the summertime)
- Add kiwi chunks
- Freeze until solid
