This yogurt dip is perfect for fresh summer berries, bananas, peaches, or any of your seasonal favorites. We recommend enjoying it as a dip, but this recipe would be delicious as a protein-packed base for your own parfait as well.
2 cups strawberries, halved
3 medium bananas, sliced
1 cup blueberries
2 cups 2% Greek yogurt
1/4 cup raw honey
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt and honey, and stir
- Portion yogurt dip into 4 Mason jars
- Portion fruit into the Mason jars, seal and pack
Add some cinnamon to your fruit dip for additional flavor or swap the berries for another favorite fruit like blackberries or raspberries.
