Yogurt Dip

This yogurt dip is perfect for fresh summer berries, bananas, peaches, or any of your seasonal favorites. We recommend enjoying it as a dip, but this recipe would be delicious as a protein-packed base for your own parfait as well.



2 cups strawberries, halved

3 medium bananas, sliced

1 cup blueberries


2 cups 2% Greek yogurt

1/4 cup raw honey


  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt and honey, and stir
  2. Portion yogurt dip into 4 Mason jars
  3. Portion fruit into the Mason jars, seal and pack
Recipe tip:

Add some cinnamon to your fruit dip for additional flavor or swap the berries for another favorite fruit like blackberries or raspberries.
