Sarah Emola

Director - Life Time Foundation and ESG Programs

Sarah wears many hats at Life Time, all with mission-driven focus.  She leads Life Time’s broader ESG strategy and couldn’t be happier to be help inspire Happy People, a Healthy Planet and a Healthy Way Life with the Life Time Foundation.

Sarah is a busy body, and always on the go with her husband and three kids.  As a true Minnesotan, she loves being outside in all four seasons, new adventures, and some good live music. 

Valeria La Rosa

Senior Program Manager

Following her mission-driven personality and passion for healthy living, Val joined the Foundation in 2014. Today, she leads our collaborative work with schools and organizations to provide all kids with nourishing, minimally-processed foods and access to safe, enriching physical activity.

As program manager, Val collaborates with school food professionals and other non-profit partners, learning about their successes and challenges with the goal of making a healthy way of life more accessible for kids across the country, specifically those in historically underserved communities.

Val is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and has enjoyed living in the U.S. for almost 22 years. In her spare time, she loves to read, travel, spend time with friends and play in the mountains.

Megan Flynn, MPH, RD

Nutrition Program Manager

A registered dietitian with a passion for public health, Megan collaborates with school districts and purchasing cooperatives across the country - supporting them as they seek to serve the healthiest, most delicious food possible in their school food programs.

She is a proud Ingredient Guide for Better School Food Purchasing contributor and co-facilitator. Megan loves being a mother to a young daughter and son who both love their beets! She enjoys biking, beach volleyball and traveling with her husband.

Lindsay Gaesser

Athlete Engagement & Development Associate

From managing the Foundation Athlete Program and donor communications to providing support to marketing and program teams, Lindsay wears many hats. She comes to the Foundation with great experience in communications and athletic events, as well as a master’s degree from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science & Policy and a law degree from the University of Oregon.

A former runner turned avid cyclist, Lindsay is passionate about nutrition and endurance sports. She’s the founder of PhxWmn and she hosts gravel cycling camps throughout the Mountain West.

Lauren Mindolovich

Marketing Specialist

Lauren comes to the Foundation with a background in design, marketing, and branding, making her a great addition to the team as the Foundation Marketing Specialist. In this role, she does a little bit of everything, from marketing strategy to content creation, with social media being her favorite marketing channel.

Prior to moving to Minnesota and joining the Foundation, she lived in California and Tennessee. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communication and Graphics in Packaging from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a Master’s in Marketing from Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Jayne Greenberg

Youth Movement Ambassador

Dr. Jayne Greenberg has served as the Program Director for the I Can Do It! Program for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.  Prior to that she served as the District Director of Physical Education and Health Literacy for Miami-Dade County Public Schools.

Dr. Greenberg has served as a national and international consultant, has authored several books, has served as a co-editor of Physical Best, 5th edition, and is a Google Scholar. She has published numerous articles, and has been a speaker at several state, national, and International conventions and meetings. As a school district administrator in M-DCPS, Dr. Greenberg has further secured over $35 million in federal and foundation grants for educational programs.

Nutrition Project Coordinator

Clean food is Angie's passion. A Registered Dietitian, Angie has over 10 years of school nutrition experience, working for a large urban school district prior to joining Life Time Foundation.

In her free time she enjoys working out, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two kids.

Board of Directors

  • A founding Life Time Foundation board member, Emily is passionate about kids’ athletics and nutrition. She is determined to make a difference in the world of school food, assuring that all kids have delicious, nutritious options available to them every day.

  • Tami is the Chief Executive Officer of The Waters, a developer, owner and operator of high-end senior living communities. She is a former senior executive of Life Time and has served on the Board since its inception. Tami believes that nutritional habits learned and enforced through childhood lead to lifelong health.

  • The founder and owner of Big Island Swim & Surf Company, Brittany is committed to supporting all kids in being physically active.

  • 2002 USA National Champion, 2007 Pan American Double Silver Medalist, 2007 World Champion, 2008 Olympian and 2020 Olympic Coach, Mechelle’s on-track performances are only the first page of her resume. She is also an accomplished motivational speaker and founder of TrackGirlz, connecting world-class athletes to the mission of getting girls active.

  • Katie currently leads all of Life Time’s brand and communication efforts. This includes collaborating with operational program leadership to incorporate the company’s 75+ branded programs into a cohesive brand narrative, and working to continuously capture efficiencies between creative, content development, and channel deployment.

    Health and wellness is part of her DNA, and Katie is eager to help share the story of the Foundation’s impact.

  • Cory is the Co-Founder of Intellex Forensics, a forensic accounting firm serving businesses, non-profits, and individuals around the world. He is a long-time supporter of the Life Time Foundation and is passionate about keeping the children of our nation healthy, educated, and strong.

  • The founder and owner of a number of Twin Cities restaurants, including Agra Culture, Josefina, and Yumi, Aaron is passionate about assuring that kids are well nourished during their key growth and development years.

  • John is Senior Vice Present of Real Estate and Development at Life Time. Prior to joining Life Time, John was director of Global Operations for ARC running refugee camps, clinics, and food programs in Africa. Additionally, John was the EVP of Property Development at Target Corporation and served on the Target Foundation Board of Directors.
