Life Time Foundation Supports All Kids Bike Through Community Week

In 2026, Life Time Foundation gifted $130,580 to All Kids Bike, funding PE learn-to-ride programs at 14 schools nationwide. During GET TOGETHER. GIVE TOGETHER., Life Time’s first ever Community Week, Team Members volunteered at eight school sites to assemble bikes and participate in reveals that introduced students to their new bikes.

What Is All Kids Bike?

All Kids Bike is a nonprofit that helps schools introduce kindergarten students to riding a bike through physical education. Its program provides balance bikes, helmets and a structured curriculum to help children develop balance, steering and coordination before transitioning to pedal bikes.

The Grant in Action

Life Time Foundation’s 2026 gift supported All Kids Bike programs at 14 schools across the country. During Community Week, Team Members volunteered at the following eight school sites:

  • Chaparral Elementary School, Eagle, Idaho

  • Elgin Math and Science Academy, Elgin, Illinois

  • Jefferson Elementary School, Omaha, Nebraska

  • John F. Kennedy Elementary School, Lakeville, Minnesota

  • Lyndon K-8 School, West Roxbury, Massachusetts

  • OCPS Academic Center for Excellence, Orlando, Florida

  • Poplar Grove Elementary School, Franklin, Tennessee

  • Valley Crest Elementary School, West Valley City, Utah

At each site, Team Members helped assemble bikes and took part in the big reveal to the students gathered in their gymnasiums to see their new bikes for the first time! These moments brought the grant to life and gave Team Members a chance to connect directly with the students benefitting from this program.

Through our partnership with All Kids Bike, we’re supporting schools as they introduce movement skills early and give more children the opportunity to learn to ride!
