Ride for a Life Time 2025

The 5th annual Ride of a Life Time brought together 170+ Life Time communities across North America for one powerful purpose: to move for kids’ health. This year, more than 11,500 members and non-members participated in events at clubs nationwide, raising an incredible $1,139,487 in support of Life Time Foundation and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. For the first time, clubs expanded beyond cycling to offer a variety of formats—from SHRED, SOL, and Warrior Sculpt to GTX, yoga, and more—allowing each club to tailor the experience to what their weekend crowd loves most. Livestream options also made it possible for even more people to join the movement from wherever they were. Every ride, rep, and breath made a difference—and helped create a healthier future for kids.
