Life Time LIFTS

Grant Program for Life Time Employees

Please read below before submitting a grant application

All grant applications must include documentation showing proof of increased expense. Examples include bills, invoices, quotes, notices, letters, photos of property damage, etc. Please do not include photos of people.

Please email lifetimelifts@lt.life with any questions regarding this requirement.

To qualify for a LIFTS grant an IRS-defined “Qualified Incident” must have taken place. Per IRS guidelines, wage replacement in response to a decrease in hours due to COVID-19 (e.g. due to club closure, quarantine, or diagnosis) does not constitute a “Qualified Incident.” As the LIFTS grant program is managed by the US-based, Public Charity 501 c(3) Life Time Foundation, those guidelines must be followed.

We understand that some messaging has been shared within Life Time that has been in contradiction to the above. We are truly sorry for that and are working to assure that all information shared with regard to the LIFTS program is accurate.

We will review your application as quickly as possible and inform you of the grant decision. This typically occurs within 10 business days.

The Life Time LIFTS program was established in 2017 to provide emergency financial assistance to team members who experience unexpected financial hardship due to a natural disaster or unforeseen personal hardship.

Please read all the information provided along with the grant application.
