Life Time LIFTS: COVID-19 Relief Grant Program for Life Time Employees

The Life Time LIFTS program was established in 2017 to provide emergency financial assistance to team members who experience unexpected financial hardship due to a natural disaster or unforeseen personal hardship.

The COVID-19 Grant Program, as part of Life Time LIFTS offers nontaxable grants of between $300 and $1,000 for eligible Team Members, determined by the grant tier the Team Member qualifies for. Team Members may receive a grant once each calendar year, and must fulfill the following requirements to be eligible to submit a grant application:

Tier 1: (up to $300)

  • Is currently employed by Life Time, Inc. or its affiliates
  • Regularly scheduled to work, and completes, 15 or more hours per week
  • No Life Time, Inc. tenure requirement
  • Has been adversely impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic, causing a financial need not met by other resources

Tier 2: (up to $500)

  • Is currently employed by Life Time, Inc. or its affiliates
  • Regularly scheduled to work, and completes, 15 or more hours per week
  • Has been employed by Life Time, Inc. for at least 6 months (does not need to be consecutive)
  • Has been adversely impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic, causing a financial need not met by other resources

Tier 3: (up to $1,000)

  • Is currently employed by Life Time, Inc. or its affiliates
  • Regularly scheduled to work, and completes, 32 or more hours per week
  • Has been employed by Life Time, Inc. for at least 6 months (does not need to be consecutive)
  • Has been adversely impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic, causing a financial need not met by other resources
